Hi everyone! Happy Weekend to you all! I'm kicking off June with a few creations I did for Pink Paislee. I was choosen awhile ago to be a guest designer and was thrilled to work with their new Indigo Bleu and Mistables Collections! Here is what I created and you can hop on over to the Pink Paislee blog HERE to see all the closeups!
***SPECIAL DAY***
(This layout is my friend Missy's little boy. We did a little photoshoot with him all dressed up in his brand new suit for his First Communion.)
***FIND YOUR WINGS***
(This is my niece Camyrn looking gorgeous in her Senior photoshoot!)
and lastly
***LOVE you***Card

and before I go I wanted to share a few more projects I've done for the Cricut Circle Blog!
***TREASURE THE MOMENT***
I used my Cuttlebug and Polka dot embossing folder to give the "ocean" a bit of texture against the kraft cardstock. To create a "distressed" look I used my Heidi Swapp distresser tool to add a "ripple" effect.
To make things quick while creating I sometimes you a sketch! For this layout I used one from PageMaps!
Up next we had a fun Mini Book Challenge on the Circle Blog back in October using Cricut cuts as the basis for your album...here is what I created!
***HAPPY HALLOWEEN***
For this album I used 4 large cuts from the Mini Monsters Cartridge and to add some depth and interest I used a thin 12 x 12 cardboard piece cut at 3 1/2" x 4 1/2" to create the "mini pages." They are a perfect place for your photos and journaling spots!
Add a little texture on top of your web with natural burlap found at your local fabric/craft store.
The backside of the Mini Monster cuts are a perfect place for your Halloween photos!
Use the Happy Hauntings Cartridge to create this cute little Halloween cat. Add some bling for the eyes and your all set!
Burlap shavings are perfect texture for your little Mummy!

and lastly for today a fun card...
***HAPPY HARVEST***
And I know we are in the heat of the summer now but wanted to finish up the end of last year with a few holiday ornaments!
I started with clear ornaments that I purchased at my local craft store. Adding the glitter inside is easy. I used Glitter-It specifically used for decorating ornaments. It's just like water so it is easy to swirl around the inside of the ornament and get all areas covered. Once you've added your glitter, let it dry and then you can begin decorating the outside! Cutting the vinyl on the Cricut is so easy and fun. I want them in every color! Pink is one of my favorites so I chose the Rose Pink Vinyl as well as the Lime Green and Yellow Vinyl to complement.
Cricut Expression 2 Anniversary Edition
That is all for me today! Hope you all have a great weekend! Back with more creations next week!
